Challenge: ARFF Group MCC had lack of name and identity.

Solution: Created new name “Northeast Fire Training Center,” logo and the tag: As Real as it Gets. Developed postcard mailing to Eastern airfield fire chiefs.

Result: Interest and enrollment into the program greatly increased. ROI doubled.
