Challenge:
A large regional heating and air conditioning business had grown in sales
and customers but had lost track of their brand personality. Confusion
existed with multiple logos, literature looks and messages. Positioning
between the companys residential and commercial units was inconsistent.
Solution: A competitive brand plotting session
was held off-site. Clear leadership areas and core cultural values became
clear differentiators to the competition.
This "company consensus" led to a positioning which operates
as a communications umbrella over both vertical business units.
A corporate unification program was put into place and a new message crafted.
The program was completed with the development of a new logo and tag line,
fresh and friendly illustrations, a new message and new corporate and
divisional product literature.
Result: This refreshed brand look and story
drove all communications with consistency and has energized the sales
force and made it easier for prospects to choose Isaac Heating.
